New Jersey

So i have taken some time off from work out (about 2 months) and I am paying for it.  My run times are slower and the distance isn't as long but I'm determined to get down to 200 lbs before September.  Why September, well that is about the time I started this whole weight loss thing :).  I am at 212 right now and really want to lose 2 lbs by the time I return from our trip.  Of course that may be a little tough seeing that I am eating like crazy, but at least I'm running.

On Sunday, I ran 2.3 miles in 30 minutes and today I ran a little farther in 36 min.  These runs have felt really good and I'm going to try my best to continue going.  I am also walking at least a mile in the morning to get some added exercise.  Plus tomorrow, I think i'm going to spend some time ripping out boards on a deck for Dad Auer while i'm here!

I know I haven't blogged in a while but I hope to change that.  This may turn into my own blog rather than a workout blog but we'll see. :)
